Welcome Back, Central Valley High School!

Dear Students and Parents,

I hope you have had a relaxing, enjoyable, and safe summer. On behalf of our faculty and staff, I would like to welcome everyone to the 2026-2027 school year at Central Valley High School! We are excited to have our students back in the building and look forward to another year of learning, growth, and success.

As we prepare for the start of school, please keep these important dates in mind:

 ● Friday, August 7– Student schedules will be available in PowerSchool.

 ● Thursday, August 13, Friday, August 14 and Monday, August 17– Schedule change requests will be accepted for conflicts/ holes in schedules only. Additional information regarding the process will be shared with students and families.

 ● Monday, August 17 at 6:30 p.m. – Freshman and New Student Orientation. We encourage all incoming freshmen and students who are new to Central Valley High School to attend with their parents or guardians.

 ● Wednesday, August 26 – First Day of School! Please remember that our new school day begins at 7:20 a.m., so students should plan to arrive early to ensure a smooth start to the day.

This school year marks the beginning of an exciting chapter for Central Valley High School. While we will continue preparing for our upcoming renovation project, our focus remains on providing every student with a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and personally.
