Immunizations
For all students (K - 12), there is only a five (5) day grace period to complete immunizations in order for your child to remain in school.
Requirements

- 4 doses of DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, and acellular pertussis) - 1 dose on or after 4th birthday
- 4 doses of polio (1 dose on or after 4th birthday and at least six months after previous dose given)
- 2 doses of MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
- 3 doses of hepatitis B
- 2 doses of varicella (chickenpox) or evidence of immunity

- 1 dose meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV)
- 1 dose of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap) if five years have elapsed since last tetanus immunization

- 2nd dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV) - must be 16 years of age or older (if the first MCV was given at age 16, then they only need one dose)

- Medical reasons
- Religious beliefs
- Philosophical/strong moral or ethical conviction
***If your child is exempt from immunizations, he/she may be removed from school during an outbreak
